BenI took a single sip of a Samuel Adams Jack-O Pumpkin Ale and I knew I’ve found my favorite pumpkin beer of the season. Like Pumking beer from Southern Tier, Jack-O has a pumpkin-pie with whip-cream, cinnamon and nutmeg taste. While not as thick, the taste is still prevalent with each sip like a mouth-full of pie. Even better, Samuel Adams put this in a multi-pack with its yearly OctoberFest beer, Boston Lager and Sam 75. Usually, multi-packs contain at least one gross beer but this one doesn’t, and I’ll be picking this up again so long as they sell it. 4.4% alc.
