BenUnlike Maximator, made by Augustiner-Bräu of München, Germany, Edelstoff, wrapped in silver tinfoil and with a golden label, I know what to think the moment I take a swig. It appears very light, so I prepared myself for a flavor that matched the color, expecting a typical lager. The taste is a lot thicker but still easy to guzzle, as it matches the quality expected from a beer brewed in Munich. While I’ll pass on the next Maximator, I’ll happily finish up all the Edelstoffs.
