It’s the weekend and the weather is finally warming up and to celebrate I have a new beers to try. Pine’Hop’le from Evolution brewery is my first one and not being a huge IPA fan was first caught by the very hoppy scent. The beer is a glowing yellow/orange color with lots of stuff going on inside. I was quite surprised at how “un hoppy” the taste is though, it’s really good. Not a lot of pineapple flavor but it’s there. It’s a pretty smooth IPA, goes down good. With a 6.8% Alc content it’s a definite keeper! 3.5 solid stars, enjoy.
